Why choose the VLC?

How does the VLC Affiliate program work?

When you sign up, you are given a unique web address, known as an affiliate URL. When you refer people to this URL, they are directed to the VLC. Since each affiliate has a different web address for referrals, the VLC is able to track the customers you send.

Is there a cost to join?

There is no charge to join the affiliate program.

Can I be an affiliate in another program as well as the VLC?

VLC affiliates are free to maintain their involvement in other programs. However, if you focus your efforts on a single business opportunity, you are likely to see higher returns.

Will you help me with my business?

The VLC provides all affiliates with a document outlining the Seven Affiliate Element (SEA) plan for success. The SEA plan contains seven steps that will help you effectively market your affiliate business. The VLC staff is also available to handle any technical questions you may have about the affiliate program.

Can I use the VLC logo on my website?

All affiliates receive access to a selection of banner ads that contain the VLC logo. These banner ads are clickable links to the VLC. You are free to use these banners anywhere on your own websites. You may not, however, alter the logo or the banner.

How are orders tracked and credited to me?

All affiliates have a unique URL address, which is contained in the clickable banner you received when you signed up. When you refer a potential student to the VLC, they click on the banner containing this personalized URL. The VLC is able to track the URLs used by our customers, and as such is able to determine which affiliate referred them.

How much will I be paid?

You earn 10% of the course price for all referrals that sign up for a VLC course. If one of your referrals joins the affiliate program, you earn an additional 2.5% on any of their commissions.

When will I be paid?

Checks are sent out to affiliates approximately the middle to end of every month. They are mailed when you have earned a minimum of $25 in commissions. If you have not earned this minimum amount, your commissions will be added to your earnings for the following month until the $25 threshold is reached.
